Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy: We offer a 60-day return window for most products. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (if required). You are responsible for safely packaging the return item and shipping it to the address provided (we do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error).
